Registered capital of foreign-funded enterprises and the deadlines for putting the capital in place

US$ 3 million	7/10	* US$ 0.5 million and less: one year * US$ 0.5 to 1 million: one and half a year * US$ 1 1 to 3 million: 2 years * US$ 3 to 10 million: 3 years *US$ 10 million andover: To be decided by the approving organ. (Note: At least 15% of the registered capital should be paid with in 3 months from the date of registration)
US$ 3 to 10 million	1/2 (For total investment of under US$ 4.2 million. the registered capital shall be no less than US$ 2.1 million)
US$ 10 to 30 million	2/5 (For total investment of under US$ 12.5 million, the registered capital shall be no less than US$ 5.0 million)
More than US$ 30 million	1/3 (For total investment of under US$ 36 million, the registered capital shall be no less than US$ 12 million)
