Ⅱ. Advantages and conditions for the Project
    First of all, the seashore hot spring offers the resource foundation for the exploration of Zhong Zhou Island Hot Spring Resort. Abound terrestrial heat can be found in Zhong Zhou Island. The unusual geothermal district area is 0.66 square kilometers. The temperature of the outlet water reaches 92℃, the water volume of a single spring is about 2800 cubic meters and the degree of the mineral is 14.5 grams per liter, and the standard terrain height of the hot spring is about 1 meter. Some expects take is as a rarely-seen terrestrial heat in Xiamen City, even in Fujian Province, for its high temperature, big water volume, and rich mineral content which includes various kinds of microelements beneficial to human body.
    Secondly, Zhong Zhou Island covers 1.1 square kilometers on land, thus there is enough space to meet the need of building the facilities for holiday recreation.
    Thirdly, not far from the island is the reservoir of Xinlin Bay, waves blue and water clean, where various kinds of aquatic sports can be held. 
    Fourthly, on the tranquil island, groups of egrets chasing and playing, the water and the sky merge in on color. It is not often seen domestic that pure natural bay resort is just on the edge of the special economic zone.
    Fifthly, the well-known home and abroad resort, Jimei School Village is adjacent to Zhong Zhou Island. Being set off by many scenic spots like Xiamen Bridge and Haicang Bridge, the island is likely to better up disposing resources. 
    Here beautiful night scene is always available for the tourists. At the same time, with the rapid development of tourism, Zhong Zhou Hot Spring Holiday Resort has a good opportunity to exploit and develop itself. Current tourists tend to travel on holiday for healthy recreation, instead of gaining a superficial view through cursory observation. With the fresh air, clean water, high-quality seashore hot spring, agreeable climate and attracting ecological surroundings, Zhong Zhou Island is a wonderful place for travel on holiday for healthy recreation.
    The government of Xiamen has set the object of building up a bay ecological city, and this provides favorable policy conditions to exploit this place. It is very convenient to get to the resort, therefore, it will be a wise choice for tourists both home and abroad to make.
(Zhong Zhou Island is 2 km next to Jimei, about 15 km far from Xiamen downtown, about 100 km from Quanzhou, and about 60 km from Zhangzhou. Both National Highway No.324 and 319 pass by this area. And it is adjoined to Xiamen railway station, Gaoqi international airport and the port ferry.)

Ⅲ. The scope and content of the Project
    It is planned to build the resort up as a VIZ hot spring club with the hot spring at the core, including the holiday inn and meeting center surrounding the VIZ. In accordance with the features of the low terrain and close to the sea, Zhong zhou Island is suggested to be set up as an Eastern Venus close by the water. While taking full advantage of the broad sea area of Xinlin Bay, we can build some villas to promote its grade.
